Ukraine strikes oil terminal, railway bridge and two vessels in Rostov region

An oil products loading terminal and a railway bridge were attacked in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, causing delays in train traffic in the region, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar said, APA reports.

According to him, six people sought medical assistance as a result of the attacks. Two of them are in moderate condition, while another injured person is undergoing emergency surgery.

Several apartment buildings and private houses were damaged in Rostov-on-Don, while a newly constructed non-residential building was damaged in Bataysk. Two vessels were also reported damaged in the city of Azov.

According to Astra, an oil products transportation terminal belonging to the Novoshakhtinsk Petroleum Products Plant in Rostov-on-Don’s Zheleznodorozhny district came under attack. A fire was reported at the terminal as a result of the incident.

In addition, a drawbridge on the Rostov-Bataysk railway section was damaged as a result of a UAV attack. According to the press service of the North Caucasus Railway, 14 passenger trains and two suburban trains were delayed from 57 minutes to 3 hours and 40 minutes due to the incident.
