The final destination of the visit by international travelers to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, led by Charles Veley, founder of the world-famous Most Traveled People (MTP) club, was Jabrayil district, APA’s regional correspondent reports.
The travelers familiarized themselves with demining operations carried out by ANAMA in Yarahmadli village. They were informed about the contamination of the territories with mines, the consequences caused by the mine threat, and the demining process.
During the visit, mines discovered in the area were detonated and neutralized.
It should be noted that the visit, attended by about 40 people from 13 countries, is the 17th group visit by international travelers’ clubs to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur in 2021–2026.
