The volume of gas produced from the Shah Deniz field since the first production until the end of 2025 has reached 264 billion cubic meters, APA-Economics reports, citing BP.
According to the information, the volume of condensate production was 52 million tons.
It was noted that last year, subsea activities continued in the remaining wells on the eastern-northern flank of the "Shah Deniz 2" project.
"Since the adoption of the final investment decision, the Shah Deniz Compression (SDC) project has progressed with the award of a number of large contracts. Construction work on these contracts is continuing according to schedule. The project marked a significant milestone in September by performing the first steel cutting for the upper modules of the SDC platform," BP added.
