Another type of subsoil use is being determined, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendments to the law “On Subsoil,” which were discussed at today’s meeting of the Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology Committee of the Milli Majlis.
The use of sediments (sand, sand-gravel mixture, clay) accumulated in reservoirs or water bodies, as well as rocks extracted from the subsoil in connection with the construction of tunnels or passages, is being included among the types of subsoil use.
Under another proposed amendment, subsoil users will be granted the right to use production waste related to mining activities in accordance with the procedure determined by the body (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority.
