Emergencies Ministry holds conference dedicated professional holiday of employees

A broad conference was held dedicated to the professional holiday of employees of the ministry in the headquarters of Emergencies Ministry State Fire Control Service situated in Binagadi district, APA reports. Kamaleddin Heydarov talked about done work within the short period that the ministry was established. The minister said that agreements on partnership were signed with Turkey, Korea, Belarus and Ukraine, and understanding memorandum was signed with French Ministry for Regional Development. Next year in the frame of Ilham Aliyevâ€™s visit to France, the agreement on partnership in emergencies situations will be signed.
Touching upon the situation in the field of fire-fighting, Heydarov noted that, 1439 fire cases were reported within this period. As the result of fires, 76 people were injured and 31 died. 157 building and 67 private objects were protected from the fire. The ministry held trainings together with other organizations in Shamakhi, Sheki, Sumgayit and Baku.
at the end of the conference, Heydarov awarded some officials of the ministry with military ranks, prizes. /APA/
