-The aim of the visit is to acquaint with the Azerbaijanis studying in France and UK through state and non-state programs. We should pay attention to the education, domestic problems of the Azerbaijanis studying abroad. In terms of development of human capital in Azerbaijan, President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev focuses his attention on the investment in the youth, their all-round development. Alongside with the development the young people should not break relations with the motherland, national statehood ideas should exist both abroad and in Azerbaijan. Therefore, it is important to play the role of a bridge between the growing youth, their problems and existing opportunities. Our youth living in various countries should contact with one another, come together for important projects in terms of Azerbaijan’s interests. Of course, the target of each student should first of all be to get thorough education, to be professional. The delegation includes Youth and Sport Minister Azad Rahimov, head of Political Analysis and Information Department of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Elnur Aslanov, President of State Oil Fond Shahmar Movsumov, Deputy Minister of Education Elmar Gasimov, sector chief of the Presidential Administration’s international relations department Hasan Mammadzadeh, chairman of Azerbaijani Students and Alumni International Forum (ASAIF) Orkhan Akbarov and others.
