A presentation and special screening of the Azerbaijani-dubbed version of “The Heritage Guardian,” a documentary dedicated to the contributions of President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping to the protection and development of China's cultural heritage, has been held in Baku, APA reports.
The event was organized by China Media Group (CMG) and the Embassy of China in Azerbaijan.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Azerbaijan Lu Mei spoke about the importance of producing the documentary and emphasized the importance of further developing cultural ties and mutual understanding between China and Azerbaijan.
Lu Mei said that she is very pleased to witness the broadcast of “The Heritage Guardian” documentary in the Azerbaijani language.
“In recent years, under the strategic leadership of President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, China-Azerbaijan relations have developed comprehensively, entered a new stage and risen to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership. Thus, a new historic page has been opened in the development of cooperation between the two countries,” the diplomat emphasized.
