The defense agreement signed between Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Pakistan itself demonstrates that Pakistan is a guarantor of security and stability in South Asia, Pakistan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Qasim Mohiuddin told journalists at an event held on the occasion of Pakistan's Independence Day, APA reports.
“Amid the ongoing tensions in the region, Pakistan once again played its important role. Thanks to our assistance and advice, the war was prevented to a certain extent. We are still trying to find a peaceful solution,” the Pakistani ambassador said while commenting on the memorandum of understanding signed between Iran and the United States.
