The “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Statistics between the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus” has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
According to the decree, the “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Statistics between the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus,” signed in Minsk on June 2, 2026, has been approved.
After the Memorandum of Understanding referred to in Part 1 of this Decree enters into force, the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instructed to notify the Government of the Republic of Belarus that the domestic procedures necessary for the Memorandum of Understanding to enter into force have been completed.
