New state fees have been established for the registration of seed operators engaged in seed production activities and for the issuance of certificates confirming the varietal identity and sowing quality of seeds, APA reports.
This is reflected in the amendment to the Law "On State Duty," on the implementation of which President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree.
Under the law, a state fee of 50 manats has been established for issuing an extract from the information system of the authority (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority in the field of plant breeding and seed production, 10 manats for issuing a duplicate of the extract, and 25 manats for issuing a certificate (per document) confirming the varietal identity and sowing quality of seeds.
