Electronic cigarettes and their components will be included in the list of items prohibited from civil circulation (withdrawn from civil circulation), APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Law "On the List of Items Prohibited from Civil Circulation (Withdrawn from Civil Circulation)," discussed today at a videoconference meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Agrarian Policy.
It should be noted that under Law No. 338-VIIQD dated December 30, 2025, on amendments to the Tax Code and the laws "On Tobacco and Tobacco Products," "On Advertising," and "On Restriction of the Use of Tobacco Products," the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale, and use of electronic cigarettes and their components have been prohibited.
Accordingly, the relevant harmonizing amendment is also being made to the Law "On the List of Items Prohibited from Civil Circulation (Withdrawn from Civil Circulation)."
