Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha in New York on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly, stated in a post on the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s X account, APA reports.
The post reads:
“On the margins of the 81st UN General Assembly High-Level Week in New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov met with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania Ferit Hoxha.
The sides discussed the bilateral agenda, emphasizing the importance of sustained political dialogue, high-level contacts, and mutual support within international organizations, including the UN.
Minister Bayramov highlighted Azerbaijan’s vital contributions to European energy security through key energy and transport connectivity projects.
He also informed his counterpart on post-conflict regional realities, regional and international security matters, ongoing peace efforts with Armenia.”
