France will send troops and military equipment to protect energy infrastructure in the Saudi Arabian port city of Yanbu, President Emmanuel Macron announced this on France 2, APA reports.
"This is precisely the issue we finalized with the Saudis today. We will deploy military resources, meaning troops, radar stations, and air defense systems, to protect this facility," the French leader said.
At the same time, he stressed that “there is no talk of France entering into any conflict.”
