The scheduled date of the Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Formula-1 may undergo changes, Apasport.az reports.

There are ongoing deliberations regarding the relocation of the annual competition, traditionally held in April, to the month of September.

Joe Sayward, a British journalist, writes about it on his blog. He stated that, while the exact date is unknown, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix will take place in the autumn before the Singapore race.

Notably, in the year 2024, a notable alteration to the scheduling of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabia Grand Prix events will occur, as they will be conducted on Saturday instead of the customary Sunday. This decision stems from the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan on Sunday, March 10. Consequently, the races will take place in Bahrain on March 2 and in Saudi Arabia on March 9.
