The “Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil,” signed in the city of Brasília on September 1, 2025, was ratified, APA reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding this.
After the Agreement enters into force, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil confirming that the necessary domestic procedures for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
