“Since 2020, including 2026, more than AZN 25 billion has been allocated from the state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories,” Prime Minister Ali Asadov said during discussions at the Cabinet of Ministers on the “draft state and consolidated budgets for 2027, consolidated budget indicators for the next three years and socio-economic development forecasts,” APA reports.
The Prime Minister said that AZN 3.4 billion is planned for this purpose in 2027.
“Sufficient funds are planned in the 2027 state budget to finance investment-oriented strategies and state programs. In 2025 and during the past period of 2026, state programs covering water, transport, agriculture, food security and tourism were adopted, and key priorities in these areas were identified,” he said.
