New responsibilities have been assigned to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
According to the decree, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport shall take measures to establish, maintain, organize the operation and development of the Maritime and Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Management information systems, ensure their placement, maintenance and improvement within the Government Cloud, and facilitate their inclusion in the Unified Register of State Information Resources, Systems and Electronic Services as well as the State Register of Personal Data Information Systems.
At the same time, the Ministry shall ensure that data generated in the Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Management information system is transmitted to the relevant information system of the Ministry of Defense through the Electronic Government Information System.
