Azercell allows threefold large MMS at unchanged price

Baku. Aynur Veliyeva â€“ APA-Economics. Azercell subscribers have got a new possibility to send even larger MMS. From now on, the MMS volume is now three times up from 100 kB up to 300 kB. This enables subscribers to send higher quality and rich content MMS to friends and relatives. But, the price of MMS has not increased at all.The current scheme with overall volume of 300 kB makes possible to send images, melodies, musical files, drawings or photos taken by cell phone to any number. You can also send MMS from cell phone to email. The volume of MMS can be limited only by technical features of the phone.
In order to benefit from MMS service, first of all, you need to take a cell phone which supports this service and make relevant changes in the phoneâ€™s MMS settings. It should be noted that price per one MMS is AZN0,10 (excluding VAT) for Azercell post-paid subscribers, 22 units for Open Line/Bizden Bize subscribers and 16 units for GencSim subscribers.
As the countryâ€™s largest mobile operator, Azercell has a subscriber base of 3.5 million.
