The police got Mehman Huseynov’s obligation on not leaving for somewhere as long as the criminal case continues.
Mehman HUseynov was arrested on June 12, criminal case was launched on the Criminal Code Article â„– 221.1 (hooliganism) according to gross violation of public order, as well as using of indecent expressions to the police officers, showing resistance against them and his preconceived acts.
