Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that Kyiv supported Washington's suggestion for trilateral talks at the team level "as soon as possible", APA reports.
"The American side proposes to do this as soon as possible, we support this. I do not know what the final dates of this meeting will be," Zelenskyy told reporters and expressed hopes that the trilateral team meeting would take place "no later than early November."
Moreover, the Ukrainian president stressed the importance of today's meeting between United States Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin and said US officials briefed Kyiv afterward.
