According to information, the district resident, Khalilov Seymur Farhad, born in 1965, was found in Baku and delivered to his relatives.
Khalilov left his flat yesterday and disappeared. His relatives told the law enforcement bodies about his disappearance.
He is the son of Farhad Khalilov, the chairman of Azerbaijan Artists Union.
