Press service of the ANAMA told APA that 484 specialists and 118 assistants, 6 mine clearing vehicles and 36 mine dogs were involved in the operations.
192 992 811 sq m area has been cleared of mines and UXOs by ANAMA up to now. 671 788 mines and UXOs have been disarmed.
The agency is carrying out mine clearing operations in Aghdam, Aghstafa, Aghjabadi, Fuzuli, Goygol, Yevlakh, Terter, in the territory of Absheron district Kirdaq Mud Volcanoes, at the same time in Guzdek settlement of Garadagh district of Baku.
One Mine/UXO incident was recorded in May, 2012.
