Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. No mortgage loans were given through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) in June.
According to Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the mortgage lending through the AMF in the first half of 2016 amounted to AZN 1.1 million.
AZN 4.4 million was allocated to AMF from the state budget in June (total of AZN 23.1 million in 2016). AMF refinanced AZN 2.7 mln in June 2016.
Fund has not placed bonds in February.
As of July 1, 2016, the loans given by authorized credit organizations made AZN 40,882,600, average period – 280 months, average interest rate – 6.70%, monthly payment – AZN 296.2.
