Insurance compensation on industrial accident and occupational disease increases 1.6%

Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based insurers collected AZN 21,357,055 premiums on compulsory insurance against professional disability resulting from industrial accident and occupational disease in January-June 2016, up AZN 331,895 or 1.58% compared to a year earlier.

At the same time, the insurers paid AZN 1,667,804 for this type of insurance during the same period, up AZN 522,327 or 45.6% from 2015.
