Annual inflation in Türkiye fell to 31.75% at the end of July from 32.11% recorded in the previous month, APA-Economics reports, citing the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).
"In July 2026, the Consumer Price Index increased by 1.78% compared to the previous month, by 19.86% compared to December of the previous year, by 31.75% compared to the same month of the previous year, and by 31.90% compared to the twelve-month averages," the statement said.
Note that, according to data released by the institute a month earlier, inflation in June stood at 0.99% on a monthly basis and 32.11% on an annual basis.
