Supreme Audit Office of Saudi Arabia evaluated performance of Chamber of Accounts

The delegation led by the Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan, Vugar Gulmammadov, met with the delegation led by the President of the Supreme Audit Institutions of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Hussam Alangari, within the framework of the 15th General Assembly of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI) held in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, APA-Economics reports.

At the meeting, they emphasized the importance of mutual visits in the development of relations between the institutions. The Chairman assessed the peer evaluation of the Chamber of Accounts' activities by the Supreme Audit Court of Saudi Arabia as an important stage of this cooperation. He expressed his confidence that the results of the evaluation will contribute to the further improvement of the Chamber of Accounts' activities and noted that this issue has been taken into account in the new Strategic Plan for 2026-2030.

Dr. Hussam Alangari highly appreciated the achievements made in the activities of the Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan and emphasized that the results of the peer evaluation once again confirm this.

At the end of the meeting, the President of the Supreme Court of Audit of Saudi Arabia presented the final peer review report to the President of the Chamber of Accounts.
