In January–November 2025, the revenues of the consolidated and state budgets exceeded the forecast, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.
It was noted that during this period, the treasury authorities executed more than 1,436,000 payment orders, and high indicators were recorded in the execution of state budget revenues.
In January–November of the current year, the revenues of the consolidated budget amounted to 43,855.2 million AZN, which exceeded the 11-month forecast by 2,526.0 million AZN or 6.1 percent.
During the same period, the revenues of the state budget amounted to 35,625.6 million AZN, which exceeded the 11-month forecast by 324.6 million AZN or 0.9 percent.
In the state budget revenues, inflows through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 15,310.5 million AZN, exceeding the forecast by 745.5 million AZN or 5.1 percent; inflows through the State Property Issues Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 41.6 million AZN, exceeding the forecast by 10.2 million AZN or 32.5 percent; and transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 13,274.3 million AZN, achieving 100 percent of the forecast.
At the same time, inflows through the State Customs Committee amounted to 5,752.2 million AZN, achieving 96.6 percent of the forecast; inflows from paid services of organizations funded from the state budget amounted to 592.3 million AZN, achieving 72.7 percent of the forecast; and other inflows amounted to 654.7 million AZN, achieving 99.1 percent of the forecast.
In the 11 months of 2025, expenditures of the consolidated budget were executed at 36,784.3 million AZN, which is 1,397.6 million AZN or 3.9 percent higher compared to the execution indicators of the same period last year.
During the same period, expenditures of the state budget were executed at 31,414.7 million AZN, which is 376.6 million AZN or 1.2 percent higher compared to the same period last year.
