The subsistence minimum for next year will be 300 manat nationwide, APA reports.
This is reflected in the draft law “On the Subsistence Minimum in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026,” which was discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
Thus, the subsistence minimum for next year will increase by 15 manat.
In 2026, the subsistence minimum will be set at 317 manat for the working-age population, 245 manat for pensioners, and 260 manat for children.
After the discussions, the draft was put to a vote and adopted at the third reading.
