Ukraine does not rule out a meeting between the country's top leadership and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko under certain conditions, Ukraine's Ambassador-at-Large Yaroslav Chernohor said in an interview with Radio Liberty.
“If, in wartime conditions, it becomes necessary for the President of Ukraine or any state official of the country to meet with a representative of the other side in order to reduce the number of human casualties or to stop hostilities altogether, such steps will be taken,” the ambassador noted.
