The organizers of the 25th Anniversary World Energy Congress confirmed to TASS on Thursday the event planned for October in St. Petersburg has been canceled, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"We can confirm that the congress in St. Petersburg has been canceled. The World Energy Congress will not take place this year," the organization said.
Earlier, the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov announced that the Yalta International Economic Forum will be postponed from April to the fourth quarter of 2022. This decision was made in connection with the unstable international situation.
