Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a security meeting at the Israel Defense Ministry compound in Tel Aviv to discuss the situation surrounding Iran, the Gaza Strip, and Lebanon, APA reports citing Times of Israel.
According to the publication, Defense Minister Israel Katz and high-ranking representatives of the security agencies are participating in the meeting.
The newspaper notes that the meeting is taking place against the backdrop of Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia and growing concerns about a possible escalation in the confrontation between the US and Iran.
