In January-March of this year, 8 642,5 thousand tonnes of oil was transported via main pipelines in Azerbaijan, which is 3,44% less in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021, the State Statistics Committee told APA-Economics.
77,2% of transportation was implemented via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil export pipeline. During the reporting period, 6 675 thousand tonnes of oil were transported via pipeline (2,9% less in comparison to the relevant indicator of 2021).
During the reporting period, 1 201,7 thousand tonnes of transit oil were transported via BTC pipeline. (40% more in annual comparison).
