Tesla Inc. is about to recall 53,822 vehicles in the United States over the faulty beta version of its self-driving software that could cause some models to conduct "rolling stops" at intersections, APA reports citing Teletrader.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), models included in the withdrawal are some 2016-2022 Model S and Model X, 2017-2022 Model 3 as well as 2020-2022 Model Y cars.
The company will then update the software to stop this functionality following the recall procedure, the NHTSA concluded.
