Azerigas: We consider it our duty to serve subscribers in Khankendi without any distinction

"SOCAR's Azerigas Production Union considers its duty to provide equal service to subscribers in any territory under its jurisdiction," Eldaniz Valiyev, head of the public relations department of the PU told journalists as part of the "Open Door" campaign, APA-Economics reports.

Notably, in late March, the malfunction of gas distribution lines in the territory of the Karabakh economic region, which had been operated without maintenance for many years, led to problems in the gas supply of Khankendi city and surrounding areas.

Despite the excessive snowfall, the employees of Azerigas PU sent to the scene took necessary measures to eliminate the consequences of the accident in the difficult terrain. As a result, the supply of natural gas to Khankendi and other surrounding settlements was restored.

"Azerigas" Production Union worked to eliminate force majeure in the area. The issue of which side will supply gas and the form of payments can be discussed at a later stage. For now, it is not the subject of discussion. In the current situation, Azerigas has eliminated the consequences of the force majeure. Since Azerigas Production Union considers its duty to provide equal service to subscribers in any territory under its jurisdiction" Valiyev stated.
