During January-June 2024, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the United States of America amounted to USD 436 million 484 thousand, APA-Economics reports citing State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.
The volume of this indicator has increased by 73% or USD 184 million 187 thousand compared to the corresponding period of 2023.
During the reporting period, the export of non-oil products from Azerbaijan to the United States increased USD 31.8 times to 164 million 482 thousand, and the export from the United States to Azerbaijan increased by 10% toUSD 272 million.
Noted that in the first half of 2024, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the United States was equal to 2% of the country's total trade turnover.
Recall that in the first half of the current year, Azerbaijan's trade turnover amounted to USD 21 billion 768.2 million, and non-oil exports amounted to USD 1 billion 596 million.
