Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has commented on strikes on oil refineries and a data center in Russia, APA reports.
According to Zelenskyy, who shared a post about this on his Telegram channel, Ukraine also targeted similar facilities on the Russian side in response to Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian data centers.
“We always respond in the same way. You all know that they struck our data centers and continue to do so. Therefore, we responded as well,” Zelenskyy said.
He noted that the oil refinery in the city of Ukhta, located approximately 1,900 kilometers from Ukraine’s state border, was struck. According to Zelenskyy, An-196 RS drones capable of flying about 2,500 kilometers were used in the attack.
The Ukrainian President said that a day earlier, the modified FP-6 version of FP-1 drones was used in the attack on the Omsk oil refinery.
