Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of Russia’s Rybar Telegram channel, and his film crew are being deported from Montenegro, the Montenegrin Interior Ministry said, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
The Russian blogger and his film crew were deemed a threat to Montenegro’s national security. It was reported that the decision was made today after Zvinchuk, his wife and three other members of the film crew were detained. They were questioned for several hours by Montenegrin security forces. The authorities then stated that the Russians’ stay in Montenegro posed a threat to national security, and the film crew was ordered to leave the country.
It should be noted that the Rybar Telegram channel and its founder, blogger Mikhail Zvinchuk, are among the authors of the dirty information campaign conducted against Azerbaijan in Russia. Numerous anti-Azerbaijan posts by Zvinchuk can be found both on the Rybar channel, which he founded, and on the anti-Azerbaijan Tsargrad channel.

Mikhail Zvinchuk, the author and founder of Russia's Rybar Telegram channel, has been detained in Montenegro, APA's Russian bureau reports.
According to the local newspaper Vijesti, Mikhail Zvinchuk, his wife Valeria, and three other Rybar employees were detained this morning in the Montenegrin city of Risan.
The operation was reportedly carried out by Montenegrin police and the country's National Security Agency.
The detentions were reportedly linked to efforts to prevent hybrid activities by Telegram channels involved in foreign information influence operations.
Note that the Rybar Telegram channel and its founder, blogger Mikhail Zvinchuk, are among those behind what has been described as a smear campaign against Azerbaijan in Russia. Numerous anti-Azerbaijani publications by Zvinchuk can be found both on the Rybar channel, which he founded, and on the Tsargrad channel, known for its anti-Azerbaijani stance.
