Baku. Gulnar Bashirova – APA. “The activity of Azerbaijan’s constituencies in the presidential elections conforms to the highest standards,” coordinator of the group of international observers from the CIS Parliamentary Assembly (PA) Leonid Slutsky, YAP told APA.
According to him, compared to the previous presidential and parliamentary elections, there are a number of interesting changes in this campaign: “It seems that Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission has improved its election system. We have today participated in the opening of 4 polling stations and observed the sealing of ballot boxes and preparation of ballot papers. We had a talk with observers from various political parties.”
