Benefits will be introduced for foreign agronomists and veterinarians, APA reports.
This is reflected in a proposed amendment to the Migration Code submitted for discussion at today's meeting of the Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft law, the scope of foreigners who are granted temporary residence permits and are not required to obtain work permits will be expanded.
It is envisaged that this category will include the heads and deputy heads of agropark residents that are legal entities, as well as agronomists, horticultural specialists, and veterinarians with experience in the relevant fields who are recruited by these residents to work in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
