A conference on "Digital Financial Ecosystem: A New Stage in Governance" will be held on October 22 with the support of the Ministry of Finance, APA-Economics reports.
The conference, which will be attended by representatives of government agencies, the private sector and public organizations, as well as professional accountants, will discuss the digital transformation of public finance and its development prospects, effective management of financial data, and modern approaches to strengthening transparency and accountability.
As part of the conference, two panel sessions will be organized on "Digitalization of Public Finance: Inter-System Integration and a New Governance Model" and "Ensuring Sustainability in Public Finance Data Management."
The panel discussions will focus on the transition to a unified digital governance model for public finance, expanding inter-system integration and developing national digital infrastructure, digitalizing fiscal policy, digital payment infrastructure, and creating a secure and flexible settlement environment for public financial transactions.
At the same time, views will be exchanged on strengthening public trust in the digital financial ecosystem, applying data-driven auditing and analytical approaches to assessing the efficiency of public funds utilization, transitioning to results-oriented fiscal policy, improving databases in public procurement, assessing the competitive environment, and identifying risk indicators.
The discussions will also address issues such as analyzing financial transactions and early detection of risks, establishing a reliable data ecosystem in public finance, and the role of professional accountants in this process.
