Director of the center Rizvan Abbasov told APA that the monitoring was held at 500 polling stations of 64 constituencies across the republic: “Exit-poll was held among 66.8% of the voters. Although voter turnout was high in the morning, it was lower at the end of the election process”.
Abbasov noted that according to the results of the monitoring, chairman of New Azerbaijan Party Ilham Aliyev is ahead with 81.4%: “Chairman of Umid Party Igbal Agazadeh won 1.4%, chairman of the Social Democratic Party Araz Alizadeh – 0.7%, Modern Musavat party chairman Hafiz Hajiyev – 0.3%, chairman of the United Azerbaijan Popular Front Party Gudrat Hasanguliyev – 0.3%, candidate of National Council Jamil Hasanli – 9.1%, chairman of Justice Party Ilyas Ismailov 0.3% of the votes.
