Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. Azerbaijan National Independence Party established National Independence Initiative Group related to annexes and amendments to the Constitution, Press Service of the Party told APA.
Today’s meeting of the party brought 210 representatives together. 10 representatives were determined at the meeting. ANIP Secretary Elshan Mustafayev was elected responsible representative of the Group at CEC, Musaddir Abdullayev, Member of Central Council responsible representative on Financial Issues. CEC will be informed about establishment of the group soon and signature sheets will be collected.
The referendum on annexes and amendments to the Article 29 of Azerbaijani Constitution will be held on March 18. According to the Electoral Code, subject of the referendum can be propagating groups only.
