Elnur Mammadli –APA. “The international observers will observe the March 18 referendum not only on the invitation of Azerbaijan, but also on own initiativesâ€, said chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov, APA reports. He said there wouldn’t be any restriction on the observation of the referendum. “We will provide all, who request us, with the conditions to watch the process. We are interested in that the process is in the focus of the international observersâ€.
Panahov said CEC would send invitations to the international organizations and foreign election bodies in the next few days.
