Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. The State Committee for Work with Diaspora calls on to actively sign the petition posted on White House’s website to pay close attention on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and recognize the occupation of 20 percent of Azerbaijan’s territories. The Committee told APA that the previous petition posted for recognition of Khojaly Massacre exceeded 100 000 signature limit on February 12 at 17:40.
At present, this petition ranks the second among 238 petitions on the White House’s website.
100 000 signatures are needed by February 22 to draw attention of the US Administration to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and achieve the recognition of the occupation of 20 percent of Azerbaijan’s territories. Currently, more than 72 000 signed the petition.
