Azerbaijanâ€™s State Committee: Actions organized by Alikram Humbatovâ€™s son and his relatives are separatism and betrayal

Increasing military power of our country, great economic potential, decisive steps taken in the direction of establishment of democratic traditions compel those forces to use dirtiest methods. Recently, traitor, separatist Alikram Humbatovâ€™s son and relativesâ€™ action in Den Haaq city of Netherlands against Azerbaijani state is an obvious example for it. They organized this action by the grants received by some political quartersâ€, reads the statement of Azerbaijan State Committee on Work with the Diaspora.

Moreover, the statement reads: â€œThese people hate Azerbaijan and its achievements and demonstrated their true faces. We feel regret that participants of that action still dare to call themselves as â€œAzerbaijaniâ€. These forces try to damage international image of Azerbaijani state, humiliate its reputaion, but they do not understand that such initiatives are useless. Nothing can damage national unity and solidarity of Azerbaijani nation, its integrity, strength of our state and its powerâ€.

Taking into account the appeals from Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations functioning in Netherlands and in other European countries, the State Committee assesses such actions organized by Alikram Humbatovâ€™s son Tural Humbatov and his relatives as separatism and betrayal: â€œWe call all our compatriots living abroad to respond this dirty action decently. We are sure that irrespective of citizenship, political views and belief, each Azerbaijani will give a decisive respond to such initiatives encouraging separatismâ€.
