EBU assesses popularization works carried out in Azerbaijan on eve of Eurovision -<font color=red>PHOTO</font>

Public relations and monitoring committee of the Public TV and Radio told APA that the security issues on â€œEurovision-2012â€ Song Contest were discussed at the first meeting held with the participation of the representatives of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The representatives of the security structures and organizer-broadcaster were informed on measures taken at the â€œEurovision-2011â€ song contest held in DÃ¼sseldorf.

The work conducted up to now was analyzed, at the same time the comprehensive media plan of the Working Group was presented at the 2nd meeting dedicated to the work with media and pubic relations. EBU representatives assessed the work conducted up to now in media and public relations sphere. The newly-established national website of the â€œEurovision-2012â€ was also discussed at the meeting.

Then EBU representatives became guests in Public TV and â€œEurovision National Selection roundâ€ program, gave interview to â€œCarciâ€ information program: â€œWe held large meeting in Baku. We mainly discussed the security and communication issues. All works are going according to plan- said Executive Producer of â€œEurovision-2012â€ Song Contest Jan Ola Sand and noted the successful cooperation with Public TVâ€.

Commenting on the issues in security and public relations sphere, Director of â€œEurovision TVâ€ Jorgan Franck said that they do best for people to taker enjoyment in the contest: â€œIn my opinion the professional team is formed in order to organize the contest. Very efficient relations were established with the EBU. The public relations are organized at a high levelâ€.
