APA reports that Azerbaijanâ€™s First Lady, president of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva, state and governmental officials, public figures, and members of the Parliament also attended the ceremony. The video film about the theatreâ€™s activity was shown at the ceremony.

In his speech, Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin said that on 20 April, 2011, President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the awarding of theatreâ€™s head, rector of Baku branch of the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, Professor Nargiz Pashayeva with â€œDostlugâ€ (Friendship) order for her contribution to the Russia-Azerbaijan relations. The ambassador read out the text of the decree.

Well-known Kazakh poet, scientist and public figure Oljas Suleymenov spoke about the development of culture in Azerbaijan. He highly assessed Mehriban Aliyevaâ€™s speech in Days of Azerbaijani Culture held in Paris on April 18-20. Then Suleymenov presented the UNESCOâ€™s medal â€œFor Cultural Diversityâ€ to Nargiz Pashayeva.

In her speech, Pashayeva thanked Azerbaijani audience.

The jubilee party was rich with many interesting speeches.
