Farhad Badalbayli: â€œThe main thing is that, to prevent interference of show business into the Culture channelâ€

Baku. Ulker Gasimova - APA. â€œThe main thing is that, to prevent interference of show business into the Culture channel. I would not like to watch only concert programs on this channel. Culture channel must firstly propagate enlightenmentâ€, Rector of Baku Music Academy, Azerbaijani people’s artist Farhad Badalbayli told APA. He noted that â€œAcademyâ€ program broadcasted in Russia was very interesting and enlightening: â€œI watch this program every day. I have not seen such program on local TVs. There were some programs in this type, but they were primitive crosswords. I would like all our poets to find place for themselves in new channel. Literature, theatre, music in the whole world was established on new tendencies. We have to show and train new trends to our audienceâ€.

Badalbayli also added that special program had to be prepared related to world museums: â€œWidescale program about the most famous museums of the world must be prepared for numerous people who can not visit those museums. It would be better if there were programs on world museums, world theatres. Of course, realization of these projects needs allocation, because there must not be plagiarism. It is right there must be entertainment programs as well. Enlightenment and quality are very important factors for meâ€.

He noted that Art Council to be established under the Culture channel had to organize its activity correctly: â€œArt Council must include famous intellectuals and its composition must be changed each year. Of course, the Art Council bears big responsibility. I have great hopes for himâ€.
