Turkmenistan’s first Internet cafes opened in the building of state telecommunication company “Turkmen Telekom� in the center of capital, Ashgabat, APA reports. The representative of the company said that the cafés will function for 9 hours a day. 15-minute use of internet costs $1. Access to internet was free during 1996-200, but later it was restricted by Turkmenbashi. New president Gurbanguli Berdymukhamedov during the election campaign said that he will allow using internet. /APA/
