Minister: Britain and Azerbaijan will increase bilateral trade and investment

There are close and long-standing relations between the United Kingdom and Azerbaijan, said UK Minister for Investment Lord Jason Stockwood during his visit to Baku, APA reports.

“I am delighted to be visiting Baku for the first time and meeting with key investors and government officials. In addition to being the largest foreign investor, the United Kingdom is further expanding its trade ties. Through our Strategic Partnership, we will increase bilateral trade and investment in areas such as clean energy, financial services and infrastructure, contributing to the creation of new jobs and opportunities in both countries,” the minister emphasized.
